Terms and Conditions of Service

By submitting the Homeowner Information Form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Required Service Access

You understand that Wastewater Solutions or an authorized/subcontracted service provider will be dispatched to your property when your septic system service becomes due.

By submitting this form, you grant permission for Wastewater Solutions or its authorized service providers to access your property for the purpose of servicing your septic system.

Accessibility Requirements

The septic system must be accessible at the time of service.

Do not cover system components with rocks, mulch, soil, decking, concrete, or other obstructions.

Failure to maintain system accessibility may cause damage to the system and may void the warranty.

Missed or Inaccessible Service Appointments

If a service technician is dispatched and is unable to service the unit due to inaccessibility, lack of power, or other site conditions, this will be considered a completed service attempt.

In such cases, the homeowner must contact our office at 330-823-7536 to reschedule service.

Included Service Period

Aeration Treatment Units: Service is provided at no charge to the homeowner for approximately the first two (2) years and will include 4 services, as required by the State of Ohio.

After the initial two-year period, the homeowner is required to purchase a service contract with Wastewater Solutions or another registered service provider.

Please call our office for current service contract pricing.

Systems Not Included

Standard septic tanks and pump tanks do not include a service contract.

Service contracts for these systems may be purchased separately.

Warranty Information

Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the homeowner’s manual.

Please refer to the homeowner’s manual for details regarding the 5-year prorated limited warranty, including conditions and exclusions.

Alternative Arrangements

If you do not agree with these terms or require alternative service or communication arrangements, you must contact our office at 330-823-7536 prior to scheduled service.

The information you provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge

You understand how we will communicate with you

You consent to service access as described above

You agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions stated herein
